Expedia Partner Central Missing Reviews
Expedia Partner Central (EPC), monitors the following review sites, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Orbits, CheapTickets, Wotif, LastMinute AU/NZ, ebookers, and MrJet.
Expedia only shows reviews from the past 60 Days on the Post-stay reviews page. To see the reviews beyond the past 60 days, do the following:
- Under Post-stay reviews, click the, "See All Reviews" button

- Select "All reviews [XXX]" or if you know it, select the review site with the review that needs a response.

- Click the "Apply Filter button.
- Search for the review. Use CTRL + f (CMD+ f on macs) and search for a keyword in the review, or just scroll down until you find it.
- Respond if the review has a blue "Respond" Button. Refer to this guide, Pending Approval Error - Expedia Partner Central, if the review is "Pending Approval".
