The 'Pending Approval' error occurs when a review is 'Pending Approval' for more than (1) one week. To correct the error, send a help ticket to Expedia support asking to approve and push the response through so it can be posted.

  1. Select Help and support in the side navigation

  2. Select Contact us


  3. Select Reservations, messages, or reviews

  4. Select Post-stay reviews

  5. Then follow the prompts to write in your request.

  6. Contact the eCommerce  team when you have received confirmation that the review has been posted or if you run into any further issues.
