Editing Responses to Google Reviews - Non Marriott and Hyatt Properties

Marriott and Hyatt solutions to come...
  1. Sign in to your Google Business Profile.
  2. Select “Reviews” on the left-side navigation.
  3. To edit a response to a review, click on the “Edit” button below the response.
The new response will be published live on the source site. All previous responses will still be shown from within the platform, but the latest response will be live on the Google listing.

Editing Responses to TripAdvisor Reviews

  1. Log in to your TripAdvisor Management Center and click on “Reviews” in the top menu.
  2. Locate the review you wish to edit your response to.
  3. Click on the “Edit” link next to your response.
  4. Edit your response as needed and click “Submit” when complete.

Editing Responses to Booking.com Reviews

  1. Log in the Booking Extranet and click on “Guest Reviews” in the top menu.
  2. Locate the review you wish to edit your response to.
  3. Click on the “View your approved response” link under the review.
  4. Click Edit
  5. Edit your response as needed and click “Submit” when complete.

Editing Responses to Yelp Reviews

  1. Log in to your Yelp Business account and navigate to the “Reviews” tab.
  2. Locate the review you want to edit your reply to.
  3. Click “Edit” next to your response.
  4. Make the necessary changes to your response and click “Save Changes” when you’re finished.

Editing Responses to Expedia Partner Central Reviews
