Accessing OTA sites

Once the required information below is received, most invitations to access the sites will arrive within two (2) business days but can take up to 15, depending on the requested site.

Accessing Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia Partner Central, YELP or TMG: All Properties

Important! If you have a current username for Agoda, Booking, or Expedia Partner Central extranets associated with your current email address, please include them with the information below. 
  • Email ecommerce@mckibbon.com or reply to your existing ticket with the user's:
    • First name:
    • Last name:
    • Email address:
    • Cell phone number:
    • Current Username (if applicable):
    • EID (Marriott users)
    • Property (Spirit, Inncode, Marsha) Code:
           e.g., ILMWC or CLWPPHX

Accessing RioSEO (Google Business): Marriott Properties

  • Marriott Properties, email  ecommerce@mckibbon.com  or reply to your existing ticket with the user's:
    • First name:
    • Last name:
    • Email address:
    • Property Marsha Code:
           e.g., ILMWC or CLWPPHX

Accessing LastMile (Google Business): Hyatt Properties

  • Hyatt Properties, email  ecommerce@mckibbon.com  or reply to your existing ticket with the user's:
    • First name:
    • Last name:
    • Email address:
    • Property Spirit Code:
           e.g., ILMWC or CLWPPHX
    • Role at Property

Accessing Google Business: IHG, Hilton, and Choice Properties

    • Create a Google account linked to your existing work email address (e.g., First.Last@property.com)
    • Send a screenshot of your new or existing account to ecommerce@mckibbon.com indicating you are ready to accept an invitation to manage your Google Business page(s).

Accessing TripAdvisor: All Properties

    • Go to https://www.tripadvisor.com/ and select 'Sign in'
    • Select Continue with Email
    • Continue to sign in with your brand or McKibbon email address and Tripadvisor password.
      • If you do not have an account linked to your brand or McKibbon email address, select Join under the 'Sign in' button and 'Not a member? - Join to unlock the best of Tripadvisor'.
      • Then follow the steps to create an account using their work brand or McKibbon address.
    • Once logged in, search within Tripadvisor for the hotel listing page
    • Open the hotel's listing
    • Scroll past the reviews but before the FAQ section until you find the 'Is This Your TripAdvisor Listing?' section
    • Select Claim Your Listing
    • Follow the prompts to verify your claim
  • Email ecommerce@mckibbon.com or reply to your existing ticket if you have any issues verifying your claim

    5. Google Business

      2. Hyatt properties access Google Business Pages through LastMile at https://hyatt.lastmileretail.com/accounts/login/
      3. IHG, Hilton, and Choice properties access Google Business Pages through the property's Google Business Page.

Marriott Email Address Policy

  1. Marriott has implemented the following process and rules regarding email addresses: 
    1. Email address must be compliant with Marriott Brand Standards
    2. Emails with domains @gmail, @hotmail, @aol, or other than Marriott hotel chains, e.g., @hilton.com, even if associated to EID cannot be associated with OTA access to Marriott hotels.
