OTA - Review Access

Important! If you have a current username for Agoda, Booking, or Expedia Partner Central extranets associated with your current email address, please include them with the information below. 
Marriott properties, please be mindful of Marriott's email policy.

Accessing OTA sites

Most invitations to access your property OTA sites will arrive within two (2) days but can take up to 10 business days, depending on the requested site.

Access to Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia Partner Central, YELP or TMG

  1. Email ecommerce@mckibbon.com or reply to your existing ticket with the user's:
    1. First name
    2. Last name
    3. Email address
    4. Cell phone number
    5. Property inncode (e.g., ILMWC or CLWPPHX)

Access Google Business: Marriott Properties

  1. Marriott Properties, email  ecommerce@mckibbon.com  or reply to your existing ticket with the user's:
    1. First name
    2. Last name
    3. Email address
    4. Cell phone number
    5. Property inncode (e.g. ILMWC or CLWPPHX).

Access Google Business: Non-Marriott Properties

    1. Create a Google account linked to your existing work email address (e.g., First.Last@property.com )
    2. Send a screenshot proving the completion of your account.

Access to TripAdvisor 

  1. Log in to your TripAdvisor account linked to your work email address.
    If you do not have an account, create one using your work email address.
    1. Go to or search for the hotel listing page.
    2. Scroll WAY down until you see, Is This Your TripAdvisor Listing?
    3. Click the Claim your listing link.
    4. Follow the prompts to verify your claim.

    3. Expedia Partner Central -  expediapartnercentral.com
    4. TripAdvisor -  tripadvisor.com/owners
    5. Google Business

      2. Non-Marriott properties access Google Business Pages through the property's Google Business Page.
    6. YELP for business - https://biz.yelp.com/login

Marriott Email Address Policy

  1. Marriott has implemented the following process and rules regarding email addresses: 
    1. Email address must be compliant with Marriott Brand Standard -  https://mgscloud.marriott.com/standards?id=1952;  emails with domains @gmail, @hotmail, @aol, or other than Marriott hotel chains, e.g., @hilton.com, even if associated to EID cannot be associated with OTA access to Marriott hotels.
      1. - For Franchise Hotels, allowed email domains are @marriott.com or any Marriott brand domains e.g., @aloft.com or @lemeridien.com or @FranchiseCompany. Email addresses with a generic consumer email domain, such as Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, YAHOO, etc., are not supported.
