What to Expect After Requesting OTA Access
Most invites should arrive within the next five (5) business days, but there are exceptions, especially for
Marriott properties. Below is what to expect from each OTA:
For NON-Marriott Properties Only
Agoda
- Agoda will send an email to the user directly with a username, temporary password, and instructions on how to reset the password and access Agoda YCS
- Agoda YCS login page - https://ycs.agoda.com/
Booking.com
- Booking.com will email the user directly, providing a token valid for 72 hours, to activate access and establish a password.
- The username will be the associated email address.
- Booking.com extranet login page – https://admin.booking.com
Expedia
- Once access is created, Expedia will send an email to the user directly
- Expedia Partner Central (EPC) login page – https://expediapartnercentral.com
Google
- Google (businessprofile-noreply@google.com) will email the user with an invite to manage the property
- Your username and password are what you set for your Google account.
TMG Oneview
- Travel Media Group will send an invite to the user to manage the property

Marriott's current request response time is approximately 5 Business Days.
Agoda
- Requests are sent by COS to Agoda twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays
- Once access is created, Agoda will send an email to the user directly with a username, temporary password, and instructions on how to reset the password and access Agoda YCS
- Agoda YCS login page - https://ycs.agoda.com/
Booking.com
- Requests are sent by COS to Booking.com once a week, on Mondays
- Once access is created, Booking.com will email the user directly, providing a token valid for 72 hours, to activate access and establish a password.
- The username will be the associated email address.

Expedia
- Requests are sent by COS to Expedia twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays
- Once access is created, Expedia will send an email to the user directly

Google
- The user will receive access instructions from RioSEO
TMG Oneview
- Travel Media Group will send an invite to the user to manage the property
- Username: Your Email Address
- Temporary Password: abc123
