What to Expect After Requesting OTA Access
Below is what to expect from each OTA after requesting access. After applying,
invitations for access will arrive within 5 to 15 business days, but
exceptions exist, especially for
Marriott properties.
IHG, Hilton, and Choice Properties
Agoda
- Once access is created, Agoda will send an email to the user directly
with a username, temporary password, and instructions on how to reset
the password and access Agoda YCS

Booking.com

Booking.com will email the user directly from noreply@booking.com, providing a token valid for 72
hours, to activate access and establish a password.

The username will be the associated email address.

Once access is created, YELP (no-reply@yelp.com) will send an invitation to the user to manage the property page

Travel Media Group will send an invite to the user to manage the property valid for 72 hours:
Marriott Properties
Marriott's current request response time is approximately 5 Business
Days.
Agoda

Requests are sent by COS to Agoda twice a week, on Mondays and
Thursdays

Once access is created, Agoda will send an email to the user directly with
a username, temporary password, and instructions on how to reset the
password and access Agoda YCS

Booking.com
- Please note - Booking.com response time is currently greater than 15 days
- Requests are sent by COS to Booking.com once a week, on Mondays
- Once access is created, Booking.com will email the user directly from noreply@booking.com with subject line Booking.com - Invitation for <<name>> on the Booking.com extranet.
- This email requires action to complete creation and activation or update of the Booking.com extranet access. Please follow instructions provided in the email and do so before the invite expires (7 days after receipt).
- If the invite is not actioned within 7 days, it expires.
- The email might be in your Junk/Spam folder.
- The username will be the associated email address.
