How to Respond to Priceline.com Reviews

It is currently not possible to respond to Priceline.com reviews. 

Why it is not possible to respond to Priceline.com reviews

  1. Priceline.com doesn’t allow property responses on their site.
  2. Having a YCS Agoda account will not allow you to respond to Priceline.com reviews.
  3. Priceline.com reviews will appear in Medallia however, you can’t respond to or interact with them.
You will not see Priceline.com reviews in your weekly Reputation Management Update emails, therefore they will not count against your end-of-quarter final reputation score.

What should I do with the Priceline.com Reviews?

You should monitor the reviews for guest sentiment patterns. For example, there are low scores and reoccurring mentions of the grits being cold. You can use that information to improve before it becomes a larger problem.
