Stay Experience Platform – Enhancements to Review Site Index (RSI)

We understand how vitally important the Stay Platform is to the performance of your hotel(s) and delivering on our Customer Promise — with 90% of hotels engaging with the platform weekly. With this in mind, Hilton continues to prioritize product enhancements for the Stay Platform based on feedback we've received from you and your teams. Today, we're happy to share the latest enhancements to the Review Site Index (RSI) and the functionality of the platform.
ENHANCED REVIEW SITE INDEX (RSI)
In the coming weeks, you'll see enhancements focused on stabilizing RSI data so it’s more reliable in measuring our performance against competitors. Here’s what’s you need to know:
- We are increasing the update cadence of the competitor review site data from monthly to weekly.
- We will begin pulling in competitor review data from 10 additional review sites (for a total of 15).
- For hotels not participating with Smith Travel Research (STR), we will soon be incorporating competitor reviews into the platform.
- We’re continuing to evaluate the best approach for removing duplicate reviews.
On Sept. 24, 2024 we also launched a streamlined user experience in the Stay Platform. Refreshed features include a new user interface (UI) and home page, an expanded feedback ticketing system and redesigned dashboards — all focused on surfacing the most meaningful and actionable data your hotels need to provide exceptional service.
