  1. Select your property from the drop down menu.

  1. Enter your name under Submitter Name.

  1. Enter the e-mail address for the person submitting this form that will need to receive the premium amounts "to post" after submission.

Note - The property GM will always be copied on the submission receipt.

  1. Enter the audit date.

  1. Enter the total number of rooms sold for the audit date.

  1. Enter the total number of rewards rooms sold for the audit date.

  1. Enter the total amount of room revenue for the audit date.

  1. Enter the total amount of base redemption revenue for the audit date.

  1. Click "Submit"

Once the form has been submitted - there is no further action needed within the form. Navigate to your e-mail and await for the submission confirmation from reporting@mckibbon.com which should process in less than one minute.

  1. Once the submission confirmation is received, locate the "To Post" amount highlighted below - this is the premium reimbursement amount to be posted in FOSSE.
