Marriott Fosse Historical Data Instructions

In the case that a Marriott property Night Audit transmission (from the Fosse PMS) wasn’t received or imported by M3. The GM would push a new file to M3 for them to interface using steps below.


Fosse Historical Data Retrieval Instructions 

  1. From the Main Screen, choose BACK OFFICE.
  2. Select “D” or scroll down to select “Document Archive Retrieval.”
  1. You will be asked ‘What Printer’, ‘Print to Screen’, or ‘Email.’
  2. Select ‘Email.’
  3. Enter your code.
  4. Type in the destination email address provided to you for your specific management company (For Example: MCK1@m3link.net).
  1. From the menu items 1-47, choose the appropriate numbers for the Daily Closing Report (NADLYCLS), the Daily Segmentation Report (NAMKTNGS), the Daily Closing Summary (NADLYSUM), the Credit Card Activity Details (NACACTIV), and the A/R Account Details (NAARDETAIL) reports. (you may have to do them one at a time)
  2. Enter the Start Date (i.e. 1/1/2015) and the End Date (i.e. 1/31/2015).
  3. Notify M3 that the files have been emailed.

NOTE: If you receive an error that the system cannot find the report or you have selected a past date that cannot be emailed, please contact Fosse Support to request that this report be made available.
