New Users (No Hilton ID Yet)

1. Go to: Hilton Owner Portal > My Profile > New User / Need Help
2. Complete the form to request a Hilton ID.
3. Wait for an email from Hilton Service Support with MFA enrollment instructions (within 48 hours).
4. Follow the MFA enrollment steps provided in the email.

Existing Users (With Hilton ID)

1. Visit the Hilton Owner Portal
2. Click on Owners Technology Support (bottom right corner) or submit an MFA Ticket.
  - Note: To access all departments in the Lobby, ensure your access level is set to “Hotel Basic” or higher.

Users Already Enrolled but Lost Access

1. Within 5 days of approval, go to the MFA Setup
2. Login using your Hilton email or Hilton UserID@Hilton.com (e.g., JSmith1@Hilton.com)
3. On the “More Information Required” screen, click Next

4. Download the Microsoft Authenticator App when prompted

5. Allow notifications, add an account, and select “Work or school”
6. Scan the QR code (if on a laptop) or sign in (if on mobile)

7. Follow the prompts to complete setup

8. Success! MFA enrollment is complete

When you log into Hilton applications protected by MFA from outside of a Hilton network, you will now receive a push notification on your mobile device asking you to approve the login.
