If your device is Managed by Marriott, Island Enterprise Browser will be installed for you.
- On Windows, follow Microsoft's guidance to see installed apps and search for Bigfix. If the app is found, your device is Managed by Marriott.
- On macOS follow Apple's guidance to see installed apps and search for Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub. If the app is found, your device is Managed by Marriott.
You can check if Island Enterprise Browser is already installed using the steps below:
- On Windows, follow Microsoft's guidance to see installed apps, and search for Island
- On macOS, select the Launchpad icon in the Dock, and search for Island.

If not, proceed to the below instructions.
Before you can install the Island Enterprise Browser, you must meet the minimum requirements:
- Operating System Requirements:
- Windows 10 or later,
- macOS High Sierra 10.13 or later.
- Mobile devices (such as iPad, iPhone, and Android) are not currently certified. Support is being evaluated for a future enhancement.
- Active Marriott International EID
- Administrator Privileges
If you do not meet these requirements, please contact your IT Administrator or manager.
