Fix - Add In Blocked - Instructions

How to Access Protection History on Your Windows Device

  1. Open Windows Security:

    • Click on the Start Menu (bottom-left corner).
    • Type “Security” and select the Windows Security app from the search results.

  2. Navigate to Protection History:

    • In the Windows Security window, click on the Settings menu (the gear icon) at the bottom left.
    • Choose Protection history from the list.

  3. Select recent item on history list:

    • You will be prompted with: "Do you want to allow this app to make changes on your device?"
    • Select Yes.
  4. Click the drop-down carrot next to blocked item to see details.
  5. Take a screenshot of blocked item details and send your screenshot to soc@threatspike.com so that this item can be unblocked.
