How to Access Protection History on Your Windows Device
Open Windows Security:
- Click on the Start Menu (bottom-left corner).
- Type “Security” and select the Windows Security app from the search results.
Navigate to Protection History:
- In the Windows Security window, click on the Settings menu (the gear icon) at the bottom left.
- Choose Protection history from the list.
Select recent item on history list:
- You will be prompted with: "Do you want to allow this app to make changes on your device?"
- Select Yes.
- Click the drop-down carrot next to blocked item to see details.
- Take a screenshot of blocked item details and send your screenshot to soc@threatspike.com so that this item can be unblocked.
