ADD PCI ITEMS IN QUORE - INSTRUCTIONS


ADD PCI ITEMS IN QUORE


  1. From the desktop Inventory app, click on the Item List page button.
  2. Find the +New Category button, under Go to Hotel button.

  1. Enter Department, Name, and Example. Then, click Add Category button.

Department – Management

Name – PCI Inventory Tracking
Example – Card Readers, POS, Server Switches, Wifi Access Points, McKibbon Issued Device

  1. On the Category Details page, find the +New Group button, create a group for each category of PCI item. We have 4 different groupings; Workstations, Wifi Access Points, Server Switch/Router, and Card Reader. Click Add Group button after adding category and name.

Category – PCI Inventory Tracking

4 Different Group Names
Name – PCI – Workstations
Name – PCI Card Readers

Name – PCI – Wifi Access Point

Name – PCI – Server Switch/Router

**Note** 
Is Wifi provided to guests at the property by the Brand? If so, need to collect brand, model and serial number for any Brand operated device providing wifi to guests at the property.


Is Wifi provided to guests at the property by a third party? If so, contact third party ask for all circuit addresses at your property. We need to collect this information from vendor.

  2. Add each PCI item under its corresponding Group, For example, add a Workstation under PCI – Workstations group. Name should be the position the Workstation is assigned to at the property. For example, FD01 indicates workstation is assigned to front desk personnel at register 1. FD02 indicates workstation is assigned to front desk personnel at register 2. Enter Brand, Model, and any Details. QIC Code is Computer Equipment – Laptop. Click Add Item Type button to finish adding item. Repeat this step for all items.

Now that all PCI Items have been added to Inventory app in Quore, items need to be assigned to area where they live at the property. See screenshot below, example of all added PCI items at HH Orlando.

  1. On the Category Details page, select Overview.

  2. On the Overview page, select the Area where PCI items are located, then find the +New Item button to assign PCI item to Area. For example, FD01 belongs in the front desk Area. Select Front Desk, find +New Item button. Select Category – PCI Inventory Tracking. Then, select Group, then add item Serial Number. Click Add Item button to finish adding item to Area. Repeat steps for all items.

These are all steps needed to add PCI items into Inventory app in Quore. 

Once all PCI inventory items have been added into the Inventory app in Quore, a PM to verify all PCI items will be added Semiannually in Quore for staff to complete at each property.



Complete PM – Using Mobile PMs

How to Complete a PM on Mobile

1. From the mobile PMs app, tap on the PM type you wish to view from your PM Calendar. 
Choose: Semi Annual

2. You should now see your PM checklist. Tap the blue Start button at the bottom of your screen to begin working through the list of items.


3. As you walk through verifying each item, tap the checkbox once to mark the object as “passed.”

Pro Tip: Tapping the blue text on a item will allow you to add comments and photos per line.


4. If needed, use the blue Pause button if you get pulled away to handle an emergency. Use the Resume button once you’re able to get started again.


5.  Tap the Complete button when your PM is finished.


It is very important to note that PMs must be completed in real time as the results of past PMs cannot be entered retroactively. Using the mobile PMs app in real time will help to ensure the accuracy of your PMs, data on the hotel’s assets, and the hotel’s daily happenings.



How to Complete a PM on Desktop

  1. From the Quore website, click button in the upper left corner of your screen. Then, tap on the PMs, scroll down to view Semiannually section from your PM Calendar.

2. Click current time frame (2nd Half or 1st Half of the year). You should now see your PM checklist. Tap the blue Start button at the top of your screen to begin working through the list of items.

3. As you walk through verifying each item, tap the checkbox once to mark the object as “passed.”
