Post-Installation Guide

Once Island Enterprise Browser has been installed, double-click the Island shortcut located on your desktop or start menu:

To access Island Enterprise Browser, you must first login with your Marriott EID and password.

  • Enter your EID + @marriott.com (g., jdoe123@marriott.com), and then select the arrow to continue.
  • Authenticate with your Marriott EID (g., jdoe123), password, and two-step verification.
  • Once the authentication process is complete, the Island Enterprise Browser will be launched.
    • Note: you will be periodically prompted to re-authenticate every 12 hours or after 15 minutes of machine inactivity.

After Island is launched, you will have a short duration to launch your web applications without the need to sign in.

Your homepage is configured by Marriott and is not editable. The look and feel of the homepage will be enhanced in the future to include additional Marriott web applications.

You may import your bookmarks from previous browsers by selecting Import your settings in the bottom right corner of the homepage.

It’s important you are using the correct profile, as each user may have different privileges. To sign out of your current profile; close Island or select the Profile icon located in the top right corner and select Sign-out. As a best practice, once you are finished using Island Enterprise Browser, close the browser to log yourself out.

Upon relaunch, the Choose a profile screen is displayed. To log back in, select the desired Profile or select Add profile and complete the same sign-in process that you performed initially.
