In North America, existing hotels work through Deployment_Communications_Operating@hilton.com for procurement and maintenance for standard tech for the hotel admin network. There is a different contact for pre-open properties, although they would presumably already be working with a PM from the Deployment Communications Openings team. Outside North America also has different contacts, depending on location.
Support and break/fix services can be accessed either through Hilton ServiceNow portal which uses Hilton IDM credentials (same as a hotel user’s device logon) or by calling the Support Desk at 1-800-435-7435.
